But you are in office and other area....so,you have a better options to speak in public...you can also gve a speech in office....and als you have some cource and some seminars for public speak....you have to just take participated and join....

3] Learn something new..

If you learn something new, releted you....that can help you to grow....and also you learn some skills for personality and new....and if you learn new,so the other are observe you....and they can belive in you....
