How to control Overthinking

The person sometime will think overly, And that can make him blank in this life [In present]. That person is totally think about somethings, which that person is don't know about that, just he/she think about everythings. and that is make problem in his/her life with totally, that is not good....

But that is a human nature, but that is not mean we don't control this overthining. All are think about themself, But we think over, means think but we don't know why and what we think? That is main problem in your life path, and lot's of people are want to control this and they always search in youtube and google. But they get some article, which in not totally write about this....

Why we think overly?

The some people have many problem and that particular person think about their mistakes, that is not bad, But that person think this one problem in a week,so that is overthinking and that is make problem more because we always think about your problem. you don't think positive....

Some people are overthinking about their future and they make pressure on self of future and that is make by overthinking. lot's of people are think bout their past and make sad themself, that is overthinking is made. because this is make feel us badly and that we don't want but we think about that so that could be happen in present....

[ when i'm in std 8th, i always think about my future and my some badly situation and that could happen and that was i don't want to be. i always think past. what happened already? but i'will make this again in my present. In std 9th, i will observe my self and at that time, i understand i always overthinking and that is effect on my paresent. so, i will start always think positive and start meditation at morning and that is make totally change in my life.]

We should have to overthinking or not?

If your concentration and focus will improve that is mainly. because lot's of people are helpfull with is overthinking and that is positive thinking. but we thinking overly with negative, is not talk about positive and negative. it about is your overthinking is necessary or not. if not so don't have to think overly but if yes. so, make it limite on it....

But people always overthinking with unnecessary without any bad situation and any problem that is problem and that we have to change by yourself. and that will make you in present and that will we want and needs....

How we overcome as control overthinking?

Start any work with this overthink and get work done and always listen music that will help you to move on this problem and that is all are likely.if you do work so, you don't have any other topice which you think and you have full focus on your work and music will help you to fells good with positively thinking....

And start meditation on morning because that will help for concentration and get relex and fell good and that is we want.so, start meditation at morning with 5 min or as 10 min must be....
